Functional lab reviews. Branded, client-ready reports. Fifteen minutes.

AI Lab Analyzer (ALA) is the clinical system that turns the way you read HTMA, DUTCH, GIMAP, OAT, and Blood Chemistry into a workflow that drafts client reports without losing your voice or your clinical rigor. You stay the clinician. The system handles the part that's been eating your evenings.

A note from the founder

Hey, I'm
Nina-Marie.

I built ALA because I needed it. Then my team needed it. Then my own evenings needed it. I started as a single clinician. My public presence grew, and clients started finding me faster than I could see them. I built a team to handle the demand, and immediately hit the problem every successful functional health practitioner eventually hits: clients were coming to work with us because of me, and I needed my team to deliver the same care I would deliver, without me being the bottleneck on every case.

I also needed the math to work. At varying times per client review, paying clinicians to analyze labs and write reports is how a growing practice quietly bleeds margin. We needed efficiency that didn't compromise rigor and didn't burn out the clinicians doing the work.

And honestly, I needed my own time back too. I built this practice. But I didn't want to become enslaved to it; I started my business for freedom.

ALA is the system I built to solve all three. My clients get the same clinical reasoning whether they see me or one of my team members. My team finishes lab reviews in the time they're actually paid to do them. And I spend my hours on the work that only I can do and the fun only I can have.

AI Lab Analyzer is the operating system of a practice that scales without breaking the people inside it, including me.
The Problem

You didn't get into functional health
to write reports until 10pm.

You went into this work because you can read patterns most clinicians miss. The connection between an HTMA pattern and a DUTCH finding and three years of "unexplained" fatigue. That's the work you know changes lives.

The writing up reports is not the work. The writing is what eats your evenings.

For most functional health practitioners, especially newbies, every client lab review takes 1.5 to 2 hours. Multiply that by your caseload: that's the number that has you closing the laptop at 10pm, missing dinner, working on vacation, and sacrificing weekends.

If you have a team, the math gets worse.

Every clinician on your team carries the same load. The hours you pay them to write reports stack up across the practice. Margin disappears into administrative overhead. And your team is quietly burning out doing the same repetitive work, lab after lab, even when they love the clinical part.

If you built the team, you carry a third problem.

The clients coming to your practice are coming because of you. They saw you on a podcast or have been lurking your IG for months. They expect your clinical reasoning, your protocols, your standard of care, regardless of which clinician they see. Without a system that holds your standard across the team, you become the bottleneck on every output, or your team's care drifts from yours.

The Solution

This is what ALA solves.

ALA is built on The Efficient Practice System. It's the architecture of a functional health practice where AI does the structural work of report drafting while the clinician stays the authority on clinical decisions. It runs on a methodology (I call it The Streamlined Method) that uses your protocols, your supplement preferences, your patterns, and your voice to draft reports that sound like you wrote them yourself.

The actual day-to-day process is The 15-Minute Workflow: one lab, one branded report, in 15 minutes. Read the lab. Review the AI's draft. Refine and send. The outcome? The Closed-Laptop Practice. Finish client reviews before dinner, not at 10pm. Take any day off without dread. Grow your caseload or your team without growing your hours.

Solo Practitioner

You are the practitioner, the report writer, and the person closing the laptop past 10pm.

ALA gives you a system that drafts your client reports using your protocols, your supplement preferences, and your voice, so you stop starting from a blank screen every time.

Get six to seven client reports done in the time it used to take to do one.

Group Practice

You built a practice because your public presence brings clients in faster than you can see them alone.

Now your team has to deliver the same care you would, without you being the bottleneck on every case. Your protocols. Your supplement preferences. Your report format. Codified once into a system your whole team uses.

New team members produce on-brand drafts from day one, not week six. One ALA license covers your whole practice.
The Method

The 15-Minute Workflow

One lab. One branded report. Fifteen minutes.

I.
Read

You upload the lab. ALA pulls the data. You confirm the extraction is accurate and add any client context that matters: presenting concerns, current protocols, history.

II.
Draft

ALA generates a structured interpretation using your protocols and your reference materials. The draft includes pattern recognition, protocol recommendations from your formulary, and clinical reasoning written in your voice.

III.
Refine & Send

You review the draft. Edit anything that needs editing. Export the branded report. Send to client.

**Complex cases (multiple labs, unusual presentations, pediatric protocols) take longer. The 15-minute benchmark applies to single-lab reviews once your system is set up to your specifications.

Using AI Lab Analyzer has been such a game changer for our team. Of course, it has significantly decreased the amount of time we spend prepping for complex client cases, which is huge when you work with the volume and complexity that we do. But what has impressed me most is that it hasn't just made our work more efficient, it has actually elevated the level of care we're able to provide. One of the biggest things I've noticed is that the AI often brings up patterns, connections, or considerations that we may not have initially thought about. That naturally pushes us to dig deeper, research further, and approach cases with even more curiosity and clinical insight. It's almost like having another highly analytical set of eyes helping you connect dots in real time. Instead of replacing clinical judgment, it enhances it. It allows us to spend less time on the repetitive parts of prep and more time thinking critically, researching, and creating truly individualized care plans for our clients. It has absolutely up-leveled the way we practice and the quality of support we can provide.

The Math, Two Ways

The numbers behind the closed laptop.

For One Clinician

You stop treating your team as your standard's only deliverer. When the system holds the protocols, the patterns, the voice, and the clinical reasoning, your team delivers the work using the system. You stay the standard. You don't have to be the standard on every output.

You take a vacation without the pre-vacation report cleanup spiral. Reports happen in 15 minutes. There's no backlog to clear before you go.

This is the practice you were trying to build when you started. ALA is how you actually build it.

For a Group Practice

Multiply by your team. Four clinicians × 10 hours a week = 2,000 hours a year that don't go on payroll for admin work.

One ALA license covers all of them.

At a $150/hour billable rate, that's $300,000 in clinician hours you weren't billing for before.

One ALA license costs $3,997. Your team stops burning out on the part of the work that doesn't require their clinical brain.

The AI Lab Analyzer blew my mind. I'd used AI quite a bit and had no idea how helpful it could be on this side of the practice. I initially had reservations, but once I learned I could train it on my research and methodologies (so it wasn't just random AI generations), I was way more comfortable with it. Now that I've implemented it, I'm genuinely beyond impressed by how fast, accurate, and unique to our methodology it is. Our output and efficiency has skyrocketed while maintaining our high standards of care and excellence.

What clinicians are saying

From the practitioners using ALA daily.

Used AI Lab Analyzer to help with a client trying to determine if she qualifies for an MCAS diagnosis or if she just had a histamine issue. I added primary symptoms, age, lifestyle notes, then uploaded her latest blood work. It gave an accurate report, but then I added MCAS and mold-specific blood markers and it put together a pattern that helps inform how we can move forward toward a diagnosis. I also added genetic SNP considerations and it gave an extremely detailed report citing specific genetic SNPs and how they correlate with MCAS indicators per her lab work. Incredible tool. I will be using it with every single client from now on.

Functional Practitioner

I always read through the reports ALA gives me and sometimes have to prompt it based off what I know because I want something more specific. But I would feel comfortable giving a client a report at this point without reading it. It's always correct.

It used to take me HOURS to create reports for my fertility clients. Since using AI Lab Analyzer, it has helped me organize my clients' results and generate recommendations. I still tweak it to tailor it to my clients' needs, but not only has it helped me save so much time, it has also deepened my understanding of the labs I use based on real client data.

I'm so grateful for ALA. It has completely transformed how I analyze labs. You've done an incredible job training it. I feel like I'm constantly learning something new, especially when it comes to minerals and symptom presentation. It does a great job of taking a client's concern and outlining which minerals are influencing it. It doesn't take much time to input data and receive a report, which has been so transformative for my business. I'm very detail-oriented in my reports, and I love that ALA matches that energy in a quick and effective way. I also love that it helps customize supplement protocols. Even though I still double-check my work, after two years of use I trust it completely. I'd feel confident letting it issue a report and protocol on its own. I can't imagine practicing without it at this point.

ALA has completely changed the way I build and refine client protocols in practice. What began as a simple second opinion tool quickly became an incredibly accurate clinical assistant that helps review labs, symptom patterns, functional assessments, and protocol strategy with surprising precision. The recommendations consistently align with functional patterns, prioritize the most impactful interventions, and pull together supplement, lifestyle, and dietary support in a way that actually feels clinically useful, not generic. It dramatically reduces the time spent cross-referencing labs and building protocols from scratch while still leaving room for practitioner customization and clinical judgment. Instead of replacing my process, it sharpens it.

Built for Clinicians

Built for clinical defensibility.

ALA is designed for trained practitioners doing real clinical work. The system is built around three non-negotiables.

  • I.

    Every output is a draft.

ALA produces a structured starting point for your clinical judgment, never a final recommendation. You review, refine, and approve before anything reaches a client.

  • II.

    De-identified clinical inputs only.

The system is built to handle protected information correctly. ALA includes the data-privacy protocols and review SOPs your practice needs.

  • III.

    Licensed & certified clinicians only.

This is a tool for educated practitioners. ALA assumes the clinical training you already have, and the system is structured around it.

ALA includes the data-privacy protocols, review SOPs, and team-training framework you'd otherwise spend three weeks building yourself.
