The Bloodwork Check

Normal labs.
Still feeling
far from fine.

A functional blood panel drawn at a local lab. A practitioner-reviewed report read against optimal ranges, with three protocol options built for you.

The Bloodwork Check takes standard blood chemistry and reads it the way functional medicine does: not just "in range or out," but where your numbers sit against the tighter optimal ranges where you actually feel your best. It's the read your annual physical didn't give you.

Sound familiar?

Told everything's normal,
but you know it isn't

Standard lab ranges are built to catch disease, not to tell you whether you're thriving. A value can be "technically normal" and still be nowhere near where your body works best. Here's where that gap tends to hide.

Energy & thyroid

Tired, cold, foggy

Fatigue, brain fog, feeling cold, thinning hair. A thyroid or iron picture that reads "normal" on paper but sits far from optimal.

Blood sugar

Crashes & cravings

Afternoon crashes, sugar cravings, weight that won't move. Early blood-sugar shifts show up in bloodwork long before a diagnosis.

Iron & anemia

Depleted, breathless

Low stamina, breathlessness on stairs, restless legs. Iron and its storage markers tell a story a basic CBC often glosses over.

Nutrients

Running on empty

Vitamin D, B12, and other markers sitting at the bottom of "normal," quietly driving mood, immunity, and energy into the ground.

Inflammation

Something's simmering

Aches, slow recovery, a body that feels inflamed. Inflammatory markers can flag it before it becomes a named problem.

Whole picture

A pattern, not a number

Real answers live in how markers relate to each other. Read as a pattern, your labs say far more than any single value alone.

Your numbers aren't wrong. They've just never been read against where you actually feel your best.

Questions

Good to know

How do I get my blood drawn?

After you enroll, you receive a lab requisition for the functional blood panel. You take it to a local draw site, the kind of lab you'd already use for routine bloodwork, and get drawn on your own schedule. There's no kit to mail and no appointment with me required for the draw. Results come back for review.

What makes this different from the labs my doctor runs?

Two things: which markers get run, and how they're read. Standard lab ranges are built to catch disease, so a value can sit at the very edge of "normal" and still leave you feeling awful. A functional read looks at the tighter optimal ranges, and at how your markers relate to each other as a pattern, which is where a lot of the real answers live.

Can I use bloodwork I already have?

This offer is built around a fresh functional panel so we're looking at the right markers, drawn recently. If you have recent labs you'd like considered, mention it when you enroll and we'll let you know what's useful. For the most complete read, the included panel is the way to go.

Do I need to fast before the draw?

For most panels, yes, a morning fasted draw gives the cleanest read on blood sugar and other markers. Your enrollment instructions will tell you exactly how to prepare before you head to the lab.

What do I get back?

A written report, reviewed personally by Nina-Marie, ND, in plain language rather than raw lab jargon. It walks through what your panel shows against optimal ranges, what it means for your specific symptoms, and then gives you three protocol options to act on.

What are the three protocol options?

Every report comes with three ways to start. The Comprehensive is the full picture: a complete supplement protocol plus food and lifestyle support. The Bare Minimum is the highest-impact essentials, a streamlined supplement protocol plus food and lifestyle support. Food & Lifestyle Only uses no supplements at all, just a targeted food-and-lifestyle plan. You choose the lane that fits.

What does it cost?

$699 one-time, or 2 payments of $399. You choose the option at checkout. The price includes the panel requisition, all lab fees, the functional review, the written report, and your three protocol options.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. The Bloodwork Check is a functional wellness review, not a diagnosis or treatment. If a result needs medical follow-up, we'll tell you to take it to your physician. Keep your medical provider in the loop and don't change any prescribed medication without them.

The Bloodwork Check

The Bloodwork Check is a functional wellness review of blood chemistry read against optimal ranges. It is intended for educational and wellness purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not replace care from your physician or licensed medical provider. Lab testing is provided through an independent laboratory. Always consult a qualified professional to interpret results in the context of your full health history, for acute, severe, or worsening symptoms, before starting any new supplement, and before changing any prescribed medication.
