Two girls. One is 7 and a half. One is 10. Both ca Two girls. One is 7 and a half. One is 10. Both came to me because puberty started early, and both of their moms had already asked and come home without much.

Their hair tests came back looking like the same test. Copper over range in both. 9.8 and 7.3, when ideal sits between 1 and 2, with zinc low against it.

This a window into what her hormones are already doing, and it is a number you can actually see.

Four things influence when a girl’s start line lands: insulin, environmental chemicals, light at night, and her minerals. Three of those are invisible.

Minerals are not. They’re sitting in her hair. And we can check them right now.

Kids need minerals, not a shower shelf full of hor Kids need minerals, not a shower shelf full of hormone-disrupting “clean” shampoo.

Here’s how the ingredients hiding in kid shampoo quietly mess with mineral status (get ready to get nerdy 🤓 with me):
- Endocrine (hormone) disruptors (phthalates, parabens, fragrance): interfere with the thyroid and hormones that regulate how minerals get absorbed and used, plus they are linked to earlier puberty.
- Heavy-metal (lead, cadmium, aluminum): displace the minerals your kid needs. Cadmium competes with zinc, lead with calcium and iron, aluminum with calcium and magnesium. And the lower your kid’s minerals, the MORE of these metals they absorb.

And when minerals get disrupted, displaced, or misused, your kid is left with
❌ poor sleep
❌ eczema that won’t quit
❌ picky eating
❌ anxiety and poor focus
❌ puberty starting too early.

So I did the work and audited the shampoos. Most failed, even the “gentle” baby ones and the “clean” salon brands. 👀

The ones that actually passed clean (0 flagged ingredients):
🧴 Pure Haven Supergreens Shampoo
🧴 Pure Haven Tea Tree Shampoo
🧴 Pure Haven Curl Enhancing Shampoo
🧴 Pure Haven Sweet Orange Shampoo
🧴 Pure Haven Honey & Fig Shampoo
(each has a matching conditioner that passed too)

Comment SHAMPOO and I’ll send you my full label-scan list: the exact ingredients to skip and every brand I tested. FOR FREE. In your DMs.

Save this for your next shower-swap. Share it with a mom who needs it. 😘
