The Hormone Check

One test.
The whole
hormone picture.

An at-home DUTCH test. All lab fees. A practitioner-reviewed report with three protocol options built for you.

The Hormone Check looks at estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and how your body clears them, plus the full cortisol rhythm across the day, and the melatonin and nutrient markers underneath. It's the difference between guessing at your hormones and actually seeing them.

Sound familiar?

When hormones are off,
you feel it everywhere

A single blood draw catches one moment on one day. DUTCH maps the full hormone story: the sex hormones, how you're metabolizing them, and the cortisol rhythm behind your energy. Here's where the imbalance tends to show up.

Cycles & PMS

Something's off each month

Heavy or irregular cycles, brutal PMS, spotting, cramping, cycle-linked migraines, or the acne and mood that arrive on schedule.

Energy & stress

Wired, tired, or both

The 3pm crash, the second wind at midnight, waking at 3am, feeling like your stress tank is permanently on empty. That's the cortisol curve.

The shift

Perimenopause changes

Sleep falling apart, mood swings, weight that won't move, hot flashes, brain fog. The hormone decline that nobody prepared you for.

Fertility

Trying, or getting ready

Cycles that won't regulate, low progesterone, and the hormone foundation you want in place before conception, not after.

Mood & sleep

Off in a way you can't name

Anxiety, low mood, poor sleep, and a short fuse that track back to estrogen, progesterone, and cortisol more often than anyone checks.

Skin, weight & hair

The visible signs

Hormonal acne, stubborn weight, thinning hair, and facial hair changes. Often an androgen or estrogen-clearance pattern underneath.

DUTCH doesn't guess. It measures hormones and their metabolites across a full day. The Hormone Check turns that into a plan you can actually follow.

Questions

Good to know

What is the DUTCH test?

DUTCH stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones. You collect a few small urine samples on filter paper across a day at home. It measures your sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and more), how your body is metabolizing and clearing them, and your cortisol rhythm from morning to night, plus melatonin and some nutrient markers. It's one of the most complete hormone pictures you can get without a lab visit.

How is this different from a blood hormone test?

A blood draw captures one moment on one day. DUTCH captures the pattern across a full day and, importantly, shows how you're metabolizing your hormones, not just how much is circulating. That metabolism piece is where a lot of the real answers live, and standard bloodwork doesn't show it.

Who is The Hormone Check for?

Adults navigating cycle and PMS issues, fertility and preconception, the perimenopause and menopause transition, or stress, cortisol, and burnout. If your energy, mood, sleep, skin, weight, or cycle feel off and no one has looked at the full hormone picture, this is built for you.

What do I get back?

A written report, reviewed personally by Nina-Marie, ND, in plain language rather than raw lab jargon. It walks through what your hormones and their metabolites show, what it means for your specific symptoms, and then gives you three protocol options to act on.

What are the three protocol options?

Every report comes with three ways to start. The Comprehensive is the full picture: a complete supplement protocol plus food and lifestyle support. The Bare Minimum is the highest-impact essentials, a streamlined supplement protocol plus food and lifestyle support. Food & Lifestyle Only uses no supplements at all, just a targeted food-and-lifestyle plan. You choose the lane that fits.

Does timing in my cycle matter?

Yes. If you're still cycling, DUTCH is usually collected on a specific day of your cycle for the most useful reading. Your kit and instructions will walk you through exactly when to collect. If your cycles are irregular or absent, follow the guidance included, and reach out if you're unsure.

What does it cost?

$699. Or 2 payments of $399. Choose at checkout. The price includes the kit, all lab fees, the practitioner review, the written report, and your three protocol options.

I'm on hormonal birth control or hormone therapy. Can I still test?

It depends on what you're taking and what you want to learn, since hormonal medications affect the results. The Hormone Check is educational and wellness support, not a replacement for your medical team. Keep your prescribing provider in the loop, and don't stop or change any prescribed medication without them.

They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not replace care from your physician or licensed medical provider. Always consult a qualified professional for acute, severe, or worsening symptoms, before starting any new supplement, and before starting, stopping, or changing any prescribed medication, including hormonal birth control or hormone therapy. Individual results vary.
